The People’s Postcode Lottery funded a 19kW battery for our village hall. The hall committee had already installed a sizeable PV array. The battery maximises the energy saving and has enabled them to keep costs to users unchanged for many years. A special deal arranged with a commercial company encouraged many villagers with PV panels to instal small energy storage systems.
